1. Organizer and Eligibility

  • The Organizer of the Spritzer “Kelas Tersendiri” Contest is by Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd. By participating in this Contest, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
  • Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd reserves the right to terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
  • Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses as a result.
  • Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change, amend, delete, or add to these Contest Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time.
  • Participants agree to be bound to any such changes. Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd’s decision shall be final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained.
  • This Contest is open to Malaysian residents with a public Instagram account.
  • The Organizer WILL NOT send any response of acceptance for entries received.
  • The Organizer’s decision with respect to this Contest or any part thereof shall be final and binding and no correspondence (verbal or written) shall be entertained.
  • The Organizer shall not be obliged to give any reasons or enter into any correspondence with any person(s) on any matter concerning the Contest.

2. How to Participate

  • Buy any Spritzer Sparkling products from any listed retailers.
  • Snap your picture to showcase your “Kelas Tersendiri” using Spritzer Sparkling.
  • Follow our Spritzer Sparkling official IG/FB page.
  • Set your social media as a public account.
  • Post it on your social media feed OR stories.
  • Mention @SpritzerSparklingMY on either platform and hashtag #KelasTersendiri

3. Contest Period

  • The Contest Period is from 1st November to 31st December (11:59 PM), 61 days in total.
  • The Contest period stated in the post is final.
  • All entries must be submitted before the final date.
  • Any entries submitted after the final date will not be entertained.

4. Winners and Prizes

  • Participants stand the chance to win a Grand Prize of 1x Limousine tour and fine dining experience with 8 friends.
  • 10x Consolation Prizes fine dining for 2 pax will be given to 10 lucky participants.
  • All submissions will be collected and selected through randomizer at the end of the contest date.
  • The winner announcement will be announced via IG Feed at the end of the contest date.
  • The prize given is not exchangeable or sold for cash, credit, or other items in part or in full and is non-transferable to other individuals.
  • The winner will be contacted via Private Message on Facebook or Instagram. If a response is not received within seven (7) days, the prize will be kept for one (1) month from the date of the winner's announcement. If a response is not received within one (1) month, the prize will not be claimable.
  • Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any failure to contact any winner as a result of invalid contact information provided by the winner.
  • Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prize and will not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising therefrom.
  • Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd reserves the right to replace the said prize with another of equal or lesser value.
  • Winners hereby irrevocably agree and give consent to Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd to publish any related matter to the entries including and not limited to the Winners' names, interviews, and photographs for current and future advertising and promotional purposes.
  • Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd is not responsible for Internet connection errors that may affect the contest.

5. Grand Prize Winners (Fine Dining & Limousine Tour)

  • Must show receipt as proof of purchase upon prize redemption.
  • Only one grand winner will be selected.
  • Grand prize winners only allow to bring max 8 friends or less for both limousine touring & dinner (Total 9 pax including winner himself/herself).
  • Agreed to arrange the limousine touring together with the fine dining experience on the same day itself within the redemption period (16th Jan –28th Feb 2023).
  • Redemption is not allowed on public holidays and pre-public holidays.
  • Redemption of prize (limousine, fine dining) is applicable in the Klang Valley / KL area only.
  • Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd will not be responsible to arrange transport for prize redemption in KL if you are from outstation.
  • The prize right is not transferable to other parties.
  • Prize redemption strictly within the redemption period (16th Jan –28th Feb 2023).
  • Agreed to be involved as marketing material (if needed), eg: posting on personal social media and to be shot as part of a commercial.

6. Grand Prize Limousine Touring

  • Agreed to only one meeting point for pick up (KLCC main entrance), dining place as drop off point (last station),or subjected to any changes if necessary.
  • Agreed to a specific date and time for the limousine touring and fine dining after communication directly with Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd side.
  • Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd will not tolerate any unpunctuality during pick up and reserved the right of 10 minutes grace period of waiting based on the agreed time and date.
  • Limousine will tour around KLCC vicinity only, requests to stop at different locations are subject to communication between the winning party and limousine management.
  • Touring shall not be more than 240 mins, from the moment of pick up to restaurant drop off.
  • Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd reserved the right to allocate the number of hour for the limousine touring (min.4 hours)
  • Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd will not be responsible if you make any thing spoilage during the limousine touring.
  • Any additional charges or request to the limousine is between you and the limousine service agency. Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd will not bear any additional charges apart for the rental fee of the limousine itself.
  • Only can redeem once cannot split into multiple ride / touring.
  • Redemption has to be one time, cannot split into few reservations.

7. Consolation Prizes

Consolation prize winner to bring one person for the fine dining only.

8. General T&C

  • Must show receipt as proof of purchase upon prize redemption.
  • Fine dining venue will be in Klang Valley /KL area only.
  • Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd will not be compensating the fine dining if you canceled the reservation.
  • Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd will not be responsible to arrange transport for prize redemption in KL if you are from outstation.
  • Fine dining redemption will be in the voucher format issued by appointed restaurants.
  • Fine dining will be pork free / not necessarily halal certified.
  • Redemption is not allowed on public holidays and pre-public holidays.
  • Prize redemption strictly within the redemption period (16th January to 28th February 2023).
  • Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd reserved the right to arrange the menu, otherwise any additional add on or charges will be bear by yourself,
  • Agreed to communicate with the restaurant with the given voucher, including dietary restriction, dining time and date within any period as per stated on voucher.
  • Redemption has to be one time, cannot split into few reservations.

9. Liability

Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd will not be responsible or liable for:
  • Any problem, damage, or loss of whatsoever nature to any Participant, or their authorized representatives resulting from their participation in the Contest - Any error (including error in the notification of Contest winner), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, or transmission, Internet line failure, theft, destruction of, or unauthorized access to entries, PC hang whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs, or other causes outside its control.

10. Disqualification

Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify anyone deemed to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Contest Terms and Conditions, and/or Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd Terms of Use Agreement. No correspondence shall be entertained.

11. Disclaimer

You acknowledge that you have agreed to our terms and conditions upon participation in the contest by allowing Chuan Sin Sdn Bhd to collect, use,and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the PDPA for the following purposes.

12. Other Terms & Conditions:

  • By participating in this Contest, the contestant agrees (i) to use of his/her name and/or photograph as materials for the purposes of advertising, trade and/or publicity; and/or (ii) to the disclosure of his/her particulars to any third party service providers and/or partners engaged by the Organizer for purposes of the Contest and/or any customer survey in understanding contestants' purchasing behavior.
  • The Organizer’s decision on all matters relating to this Contest shall be final and binding and no further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained.
  • By joining this Contest, you also acknowledge that the promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook.
